Shipping & Delivery


We hate being hit with hidden costs at checkout too, that’s why we provide free shipping via regular post from our Australian warehouses.  Occasionally exceptions may occur for remote areas (especially in NT and WA) or bulk items, please contact us to find out if this might affect you.


We have warehouse locations across Australia so do our best to ship from the facility nearest to you. (Depending on local stock availability).

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates for Australian capitals via regular post:

Melbourne Metro 2-6 Days
Sydney Metro 2-6 Days
Brisbane Metro 2-6 Days
Adelaide Metro 3-7 Days
Perth Metro 3-10 Days
Canberra, ACT 3-6 Days
Darwin Metro 3-10 Days
Hobart Metro 3-7 Days

For faster delivery, choose the Express Post option at checkout. Express Post deliveries are generally delivered in 1-3 days to Metro Areas or 2-5 days Australia-wide.

Please note: Timeframes stated do not include our 1-3 day processing time. Timeframes stated are in business days and do not include weekends, public holidays etc. Timeframes stated are estimates only, we can’t guarantee any specific delivery dates.


Occasionally we may mark an item as “available on backorder” on the product page. This generally means that an item is on the way from the manufacturer and expected to be back in stock shortly.

Payment for the backordered item will be processed at the time of your order.

Orders containing both backorder and in-stock products will be separated so that in-stock products can be shipped immediately.

Your backorder item will ship when it becomes available.

Please contact us if you would like an estimated delivery date on a particular Backorder item.


The majority of orders include full online tracking. Once your items have shipped out you will get an email notification and a tracking number attached to it. This tracking number will be linked to the carrier tracking website and if you click on it, it will allow you to track the status of your order. In some cases, tracking updates could take 24-48 hours to update accurately.

Some smaller low-cost items may ship with a letter-style service. These may not come with online tracking but will often have an internal delivery reference number. We can always follow up with our delivery partners for all packages as needed.
