Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for ordered products if:

We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges.

We cannot issue a refund if:

✨ Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
✨ Your order is delayed due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (delivery delayed by a natural disaster or shipping partner error)
