Can I visit your shop in person?
At this stage we have chosen not to have a retail shop so that we can keep our prices as low as possible.
What does Backorder mean?
Occasionally we may mark an item as “available on backorder” on the product page. This generally means that an item is on the way from the manufacturer and expected to be back in stock shortly (usually within 5-10 business days). If the estimate stretches out we will contact you to advise a new estimate and discuss available options.
Orders containing both backorder and in-stock products will be separated so that in-stock products can be shipped immediately.
Your backorder item will ship when it becomes available.

How do I search for products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
I cannot find the product I am looking for, can you help?
